This project results from a Carte blanche for the Belgian Pavilion during the Venice Biennale of Architecture 2018. Born and developed in Brussels, Eurotopie addresses the major issues and challenges faced by the European Union through its main territorial, physical and symbolic anchorage, its capital. Between storytelling and documentation, the European Institutions are the stage to imagine an utopian version of Europe.
